About this Course

Intermediate swimmers will swim 5m underwater and master greater lengths of front crawl and back crawl; swimming 25m of each. They will also be introduced to whip kick on their front, and breaststroke arms. To their new bag of swim tricks, they will add completion of the Canadian Swim to Survive® Standard. They will cap it all off with a front crawl sprint for 25m and 4 x 25m front or back crawl interval training. Prerequisite: Swimmer 3 Next Step: Repeat or register in Swimmer 5
