Teens who are already comfortable in the water will have a chance to advance by practicing their skills and enhancing their technique. At this level, you will complete two interval training workouts of 4 x 25 m kicking and front or back crawl. You will also master breaststroke arms with breathing for 10 -15 m. Other skills taught include supporting yourself at the surface for 1 - 2 minutes and dive entries. Prerequisite: Swimmer 2 or Swimmer Teen 1.
