About this Course

Swimmers in Preschool 2 will learn how to jump into chest-deep water by themselves and get in and out of the pool wearing a life jacket. Swimmers will have fun learning to submerge and exhale underwater. They will also be working towards floating on their front and back for 3 seconds each, gliding on their front and back for 3m each, and kicking on their back for 5m, all while using a buoyant aid. Prerequisite: Preschool 1 Next Step: Repeat, register in Preschool 3 or Swimmer 1 (if over 5 years old)
