These swimmers will master a variety of ways to enter the water, including shallow dives and cannonball entries. They will also be introduced to eggbeater kicks and in-water backward somersaults. Other areas of focus are front and back crawl for 50m each, and breaststroke for 25m. The pace picks up with 25m sprints and two sets of interval training: 4 x 50m front or back crawl; and 4 x 15m breaststroke. Prerequisite: Swimmer 4 Next Step: Repeat or register in Swimmer 6
