Swimmers in Rookie Patrol continue their stroke development with 50m front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke swims. Lifesaving sport skills are introduced through a 25m obstacle swim and 15m object carry. First aid training is also provided, focusing on the assessment of conscious victims, contacting EMS, and treatment for bleeding. Workouts of 350m with 100m timed swimming do wonders for the fitness levels! Prerequisite: Swimmer 6 Next Step: Repeat or register in Swimmer 8 - Ranger Patrol
