About this Course

In this level, participants will work towards jumping into deeper water, and gain comfort falling sideways into the pool wearing a life jacket. They will learn to support themselves on the surface of the water without an aid, learn whip kick, and will be introduced to Swim to Survive® skills. They will learn front crawl and back crawl, completing 10m of each. Flutter kick interval training (4 x 5m) will also be introduced. Prerequisite: Swimmer 1, Preschool 5 Next Step: Repeat or register in Swimmer 3
