These swimmers will add dives, in-waterfront somersaults, and handstands to their skills. They will continue to develop their Swim to Survive® skills by increasing their time treading and distance to swim. They will work on 15m front crawl and back crawl, as well as 10m of whip kick on their back. Flutter kick interval training increases to 4 x 15m.
