Take the jump into swimming! This program introduces teens to the water and teaches basic swimming techniques including floating and surface support. Skills taught are in slow progressions that allow learning at your own pace with various types of buoyant support. In this level, you will work towards the completion of a 10 - 15 m swim on your front and back. It's a great way to improve your fitness, your flutter kick, with 4 x 9 - 12 m interval training. Prerequisite: Beginner or non- swimmer.
